The face of an angel, and the heart of a monster. Elliot is a gorgeous inmate accused of a brutal murder, but he insists he's innocent. David has never been turned on by an inmate, but he's never met an inmate quite like Elliot Law before.
David works in a prison teaching prisoners to read. His step father is the warden and they live just outside the electrified fence. David usually doesn’t see prisoners in a sexual way until Elliot Law is incarcerated at the Maximum security facility and assigned to him as his assistant. Elliot Law is a murderer, at least that’s what his file says, and David knows he should fight this attraction he has for him. But Elliot Law claims that he’s been framed for a murder he didn’t commit, and suddenly, incredible circumstances allow Law to escape. He takes David as a hostage, insisting that David help him prove his innocence. David is at the same time terrified of him, and drawn to him. To David, Elliot Law is a murderer with the face of an angel, and the heart of a monster…or is he?
The minute Elliot showed up at his office, he said, "Miss me?"
That immediately put David into a bad mood. "Of course not," he snapped. "Let's get to work."
"I missed you," he laughed.
"Sure you did," he muttered, walking down the hallway to the resource room.
He walked in behind him. "Did you have a good weekend?"
"That's not your concern."
"Okay."
David whirled around. "And stop."
"I know, I know," he put up his hands defensively. "Guess you'll just have to punish me."
There was a twinkling in his eyes that he couldn't help but notice. "Okay," he said, toughening his voice. "Let's get down to it."
"Down to what?"
"You know what," David walked over to the cupboard. Suddenly he was right behind him. He could feel his breath on his neck. "If you don't back off, I'll call the guard," he said. His heart was beating so hard in his chest he thought he'd have a heart attack.
"Call the guard," he whispered. "You know you want it."
He turned around and shoved him backward.
Elliot laughed.
"One more move like that and you'll be ironing shirts!"
He grinned then gave him a little salute. "I hear you, Captain. You know, you can't blame me. Green eyed blonds with cute little asses and sassy manners are scarce in here, especially ones that look at me the way you do. Have mercy."
David was speechless.
"Come on, David," he said softly. "I'm only having a little fun. I'm not going to be here long anyway."
"I…you're in for murder. That's…"
