Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable except in case of a duplicate purchase of the same book, we can offer you a replacement book by same author, same amount. If a book does not download correctly, or there is an error in the format, we will issue a replacement once it has been corrected. Please email extasybooks@gmail.com if there are such issues.
Payments Via Paypal: Paypal accepts Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, and other payment options. You do not need an account with Paypal to purchase using a credit card.
Payments via Stripe: Stripe can handle your c/c payments. If there are any issues, please contact them directly. If there is a duplicate payment, please contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment.
