Johnny Fabian and his lover, Nelson, have been home in their little country town of Ojai from their exotic Caribbean vacation for several weeks, but Johnny’s getting worried. Nelson, the local vet, claims to be busy—too busy—to see Johnny on a regular basis. Johnny’s worried that Nelson’s lost that loving feeling and Nelson’s suggestion that Johnny should start dating other people confirms it. Johnny soon discovers gay dating in a country town can be catastrophic, especially when his heart belongs to Nelson. Coping with his newly discovered homosexuality isn’t easy, but Johnny soon learns that love, like Santa, comes in unexpected ways.
