Richard Higgins

Richard H. Williams has published short stories, essays, poetry, a one act play, a biographical work, and two novels. He is a member of the Southern Society for Philosophy and Psychology, the Norman Mailer Society, Viernes Culturales, and the Fairchild Botanical Tropical Garden. He originally hailed from Willimantic, Connecticut---it’s not a town, it’s not a city, it’s a way of living---and currently lives in Miami, Florida (only seven tropical storms last year) with his wife, Anne Deviney Williams and their four children.
