Payment Terms and Conditions

Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable except in case of a duplicate payment made in error. If a book does not download correctly, or there is an error in the format, we will issue a replacement once it has been corrected. Paying by e-check: If an e-check does not clear, we reserve the right to remove the download link and close customer's account until the issue has been resolved. If you use an e check to pay for your purchases, it takes 5 business days to clear. As soon as we receive the clearance, you will be able to access your purchases on your bookshelf. 

Payments Via Paypal: We accept Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, and e-check via paypal. You do not need an account with paypal to purchase using a credit card.

Payments via 2Checkout:  2CO handles your c/c payments. If there are any issues, please contact 2CO directly. If there is a duplicate payment, please contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment.
